Welcome to SheepSafe.
These Terms govern your use of the SheepSafe application and related services.
By using SheepSafe, you agree to these Terms.
1. About SheepSafe
SheepSafe is a digital home inventory application designed to help users organise receipts, warranties, invoices, manuals and household belongings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use SheepSafe.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Please keep your login credentials confidential.
4. Your content
Everything you upload remains your property.
This includes:
- Receipts
- Documents
- Photos
- Product information
- Notes
By uploading content, you grant SheepSafe permission only to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Artificial Intelligence
SheepSafe may use Artificial Intelligence to analyse documents and automatically extract relevant information.
AI is intended solely to improve your experience and reduce manual work.
Your personal documents are not used to train public AI models.
6. Subscription
Some features may require an active subscription.
Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period unless required by applicable law.
8. Data export
You may export your information at any time while your account remains active.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content
- Attempt to compromise system security
- Reverse engineer the application
- Interfere with other users
- Misuse our services
10. Availability
We strive to keep SheepSafe available at all times.
However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues.
11. Intellectual Property
The SheepSafe application, branding, design, software and content are owned by JA Technology GmbH or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute or modify the application without permission.
12. Limitation of liability
While we strive to provide reliable services, SheepSafe is provided "as is."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JA Technology GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of stored information, particularly where it may be relevant for insurance claims, warranties or legal purposes.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Users may delete their account at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of SheepSafe after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
